Heidi De Moya Simó

Graduated in Architecture from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra. Master in Collective Housing from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, UPM, Specialist in Green Building, and Master's in Project Management from the National University Pedro Henríquez Ureña. She has completed diplomas and additional courses in management, collective housing updates, education, and project management.

She has been an assistant professor of design since 2012 at the National University Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU) in the design and housing area; since September 2016, she has been the Director of the School of Architecture and Urbanism at the same university. In 2018, she was selected to be part of the expert evaluation committee for the world ranking of architecture master's degrees "Best Architectural Masters" and has been invited to remain in this role until 2023.

She has actively participated in several academic events such as: Picuda 2023, Congresses of Rectors of RD 2020, Presentation for Intellectual Property ONAPI 2020, EIMIAA (Ibero-American Meeting of Women Engineers, Architects and Surveyors) El Salvador 2019, Design Week 2019, presentations for CODIA, II Accessibility Forum 2019, Clefa 2016, Enefa 2016, these in the Dominican Republic, among other events.

Since 2022, she has served as editor-in-chief of the first scientific journal of the Dominican Republic. Revista Entrópico of the FAA, School of Architecture and Urbanism, UNPHU.

Partner of Grupo De Moya Simó, dedicated to architectural and urban design, consultancy, renewable energy, custom furniture design, and real estate promotion. Notable works in which she has participated: Centro Media, Riviera Colonial, Equus 10, Ramblas de Gaulle, remodeling projects of Shell fuel stations, among others.

Manuel Bermúdez
