Abstract
This article seeks to promote the use of the trust figure, in scenarios where the guarantees must be strengthened, in addition to promoting a vision of openness, to be interested in the laws related to the subject, because they usually include additional incentives to promote business in the branches they focus on.
Without a doubt, these possibilities have an important and significant impact on the generational significance and/or the growth of any MSME. That is why we will present statistics from the Dominican Republic, regarding real estate trusts from the last 5 years.
